Conditions for Warranty:

  • This warranty applies only to material defects and does not cover any damage caused by intentional misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear of the product.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Procedure: If you believe your product is covered under our lifetime warranty, please contact our customer service team at Info@alpyntripod.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your warranty claim.

Replacement or Repair: If it is determined that your product is covered under our lifetime warranty, we will either replace the product or repair it, at our discretion.

Return Policy
